Privacy Policy

VibeBeat processes the minimum information required for sign-in and operation. OAuth names and emails are used for access control and display.

Purpose and data

We process account email/name, workspace role, monitor settings, check results, alert destinations and delivery history, and submitted telemetry for authentication, monitoring, incident alerts, and security. Do not submit passwords or API keys in telemetry.

Retention

Check results are deleted after 90 days, telemetry after 30 days, notification delivery history after 90 days, and resolved incidents after 365 days. Account deletion removes the profile, personal alerts, and access; an irreversible email hash is retained to prevent unintended re-registration. Backups may persist for the provider recovery window.

Processors, safeguards, and rights

Hosting/storage may use Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites, authentication Google/GitHub, and optional notifications Resend/Slack. We use workspace isolation, role-based access, secret encryption, and encryption in transit. Users can request deletion in Settings.
